If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours. Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges after the first 48 hours, once an item has been received it cannot be returned.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that is lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: The Gadget Inn will not be held liable to any lost, stolen or misroute parcels.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. International customer must provide phone number.
There are certain items where no refunds are granted
-Book with obvious signs of use.
-CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games,video game consoles, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
-Costumes, Party masks or any Seasonal items.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES
The Gadget Inn will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender due to incorrect information on the address. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total…so please be careful on the information that you provide.
If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.
In the case of a return, customer needs to contact us for return address. The Gadget Inn will not be responsible for packages that are return to the sender.
Secure Shipping with Tracking
Guarantees that your package is insured against loss, damage or missing contents during shipping. To ensure that you are fully protected, we highly recommend that you add Secure Shipping with Tracking to your order.(Secure Shipping with Tracking doesn’t cover lost/stolen packages that are already delivered as reflected on the tracking site).
Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it’s more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. You will receive a full refund.
All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours after order cancellation.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

In case of a damage or incorrect item(s)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture or a video of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order and we will send you a replacement. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) or video before we issue out a replacement. Customer will also have to return the damage item in order to receive a replacement. Further instructions will be given through email.
The Gadget Inn reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
In the special case of a refund after the first 24 hours of placing your order and with in 48 hours after receiving your item(s) you will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus shipping and restocking fee. Usually this is about half of your order value.
Please be aware that the product must be return in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused.
We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.
For items under $20 the restocking fee is $3.99
For items over $20 the restocking fee is equal to 40% of the order value.
If the item(s) still on transit we can not provide any refunds until the item arrives in our possession.
The Gadget Inn reserves the right to determine what we consider a special case in order to qualify for this refund option.
